SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION Upon completing your online application, you may be asked to provide supporting documentation, in accordance with your requested account type. We recommend that you submit your documents to our New Accounts department within 24 hours of your online application submission. Click on our "Live Chat" feature for the status of your new account setup. FOR INDIVIDUAL AND JOINT ACCOUNT HOLDERS: VERTIFX requires a copy of the following for each named account holder: A photocopy of one form of a non-expired, government issued photo ID. Your identification must clearly indicate your full name, date of birth, and expiration date. The name of the government issued photo ID must match the name on the VERIFX trading application. All documents that contain an expiration date must be valid, unless stated otherwise. Examples Include: - Passport - Driver's license - Non-driver's ID A proof of residence showing your name and home address, as indicated on your application, dated within six months. Please note that we are unable to accept any statement or bill that has not been received in its entirety. Information such as billing name and address must be visible, as well as the company that has issued the bill. P.O. Boxes are not acceptable. Examples Include: - Gas bill - Electric bill - Telephone bill - Mortgage bill - Credit card statement - Bank statement - Current lease agreement FOR CORPORATE ENTITIES: Certificate of Incorporation for the business as evidence of business registration, and Articles of Organization, or the comparable official document, indicating that the signers are members of the corporation and authorized to set up the VertiFx account. FOR PARTNERSHIPS: A stamped and filed copy of the Partnership Agreement as evidence of business registration, and signers are members of the partnership and authorized to set up the VertiFx account. Our practice/demo account is designed for starters to learn the basics of FX Trading. Practice Demo Account Platform is identical to the live account so you get the effect of how trading works without the risk.

• Why do you need information about my financial background and investment experience?

  We collect information regarding your financial background and investment experience for our records and for regulatory reasons. This should not affect your application and you can be sure that all information is held in private.

• What happens if all my bills are not in my name?

  Then you can send us a copy of your recent bank statement, as proof of address.

• Can you accept my passport without certification?

  No, we cannot accept a passport without certification.

• How long does it take to open a Live Account?

  It depends on how quickly you can provide us with the required supporting documents. On average the process takes a couple of days. Once the documents have been submitted, we should contact you within 1 business day. If you do not get any reply within 3 working days, please send an email to support@vertifx.com to confirm that we have received your documents.

• Can I open a joint account?

  Yes, you can open a joint account. To do so, please specify that you wish to open a joint account during the Online Account Opening Process.

• Do you offer managed accounts?

  No. At this time, we do not offer managed account service. If we do introduce managed accounts to our offering, we will notify our clients as soon as possible.

• How do I open a live account?

  VertiFX.Com Live Account can be opened with our simple and convenient, online application.  You can find this in the "Open Live Account" tab at the top of our website.

• Can I open multiple accounts? How?

  It is possible to have as many Live accounts as you wish, however it’s not possible to have one account and many sub accounts. We provide the 'MetaTrader MultiTerminal' software package which can be used to manage multiple accounts from one trading platform.
  Once a customer has an approved account, they can request additional accounts via email to support@vertifx.com.  The request should state the current Account Number and the desired additional account type.
